Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: User:Deniz asked for rollback permissions only two days after another similar request was made by User:Selamiben and declined twice (!). Both users are from trwiki. The wording in the requests are also strikingly similar. User:Selamiben had a short block for socking on their turkish wikipedia which makes makes me think we should check for fowl play. User:Deniz also had a indef. block for socking on trwiki, but it was lifted almost immediately citing undisclosed evidence from VRT. Infrastruktur (talk) 09:31, 13 July 2024 (UTC)
