Q4841363 and Q1919465 are about udder balm and how it's known in English-speaking countries, as well as in Germany (Melkfett) and in the Netherlands. The description from the English and the German articles clearly show that both are the same. It's about a balm which was made for cows' udders, but now used by humans.
I already sent a request there, but looks like it was at the wrong place and I couldn't find Wikidata:Requests for comment#Open requests easily.
