This item is not a good idea: the award is the "concours général" (@VIGNERON:). It is as if we use the label "laureate of the Pulitzer Prize": it doesn't really make sense. Thanks! --Nomen ad hoc (talk) 18:48, 1 March 2018 (UTC)
Keep as a recognisable concept. I have changed it from P31=award (Q618779) to P31=honorific (Q1326966). We should use a different item for the award, which bestows this title, but I note that Concours général (Q908793) is P31=recurring event (Q15275719).
