I suppose Wikidata Sandbox (Q4115189) and/or Wikidata Sandbox 2 (Q13406268) could be used in some cases, but we also have a legitimate need for having a semi-stable dummy item that could be used for documentation purposes. I don't know test.wikidata.org very well, but is it really suitable for such use cases? For example, the birth date and death date of [2] do not appear in the infobox at [3]. I also think these should be deleted. Someone saying they will recreate items if we delete them is not a valid reason to not delete the items - deliberately recreating items like that would normally result in a block. (with my limited translation abilities) The band Los JCR is real. I don't know if they are notable or if some of these family members are members. I don't even know if there could be more than one group named Los JCR, as one place has it as a duo and another as a gospel group.
