Recreation of Q16200931 which was deleted as not notable per my nomination. Recreater proven to be biased towards subject and has a history on incivility on WikiData. Illegal protection of item on WikiCommons due to false accusations of socking. Deletion was correct and should be done here as well. Problem that has been referred to is overblown and rectified easily by removal of note on WikiCommons. Biased comments here should be ignored. @Andreasm: (the deleting admin here) made a correct observation about the uploader not going through procedure for undeletion. @MisterSynergy: reviewed the matter well and that plays to the Ricca deletion on Wikipedia. I maintain he is not notable for Wikidata. Users Quakewoody (the uploader) and Srittau (the admin at WikiCommons who has abused his power there) should be ignored as they have been paid off in my view by Ricca or his agent Georgivac who uploaded the original article here.  Keep - I'm putting this here even though it was written with the Commons in mind so you will see it, 2001 IP. I am going to make this crystal clear to you. You are not going to get your way with the deletions you want because you have been socking, you have been disruptive with your edits showing very little respect for procedure, and your claims are wrong. I will go through them one by one.

  • 1. ANY application of Wikipedia is totally irrelevant. As Georgivac stated, the images could be used in other articles on Wikipedia and not just the deleted article there. Further, the rules of notability here are not the same as WP as has been pointed out to you multiple times.
  • 2a. The images are NOT out of scope. Any picture of a wrestler is educational, particularly one with such a unique gimmick. You "threatened" to put up a bunch of images of local Australian wrestlers - and you were invited to do so. I repeat the invite, including of you creating an account which would be essential if you were to do so. If you won't do it for whatever the reason that's entirely on you.
  • 2b. Now whilst it may be true that the uploader may be an agent for Ricca, that does NOT fulfil the idea of SELF promotion. You would have to prove that Georgivac to actually be Ricca to even have a case and you haven't. Anyway - as long as the images are educational this is a non issue.
  • 3. You have claimed that Ricca was never contracted to WWE (then the WWF). You're obviously unaware of the procedure used for wrestlers who appear on TV in what are called "squash matches" - as was the case with Ricca's match against Jim Duggan. They have a one night contract. Yep. A one night contract. I know this from another wrestler who was lucky enough to have a squash match with The Undertaker. He had a one night contract too, as did everyone else scheduled at that taping for a squash match. Ricca was a contracted wrestler. As indicated above, that's a pass for notability on the Commons (and here on Wikidata).
  • 4. I'll repeat what I said on the unblock request I declined (and was reproved for it and I accept that). There is a saying. Me doth think he protests too much. I checked those other IP's. The most recent one is a public access one that you could have used easily. The other one that wasn't Telstra is from a block belonging to public wifi in a hotel chain, which you could also have used albeit not as easily. With both of those factors in play I think it is safe to assume you are not telling the truth about the mobile Telstra IP as well. Therefore it is a reasonable view to hold that you have been socking and no amount of protests will change that. Your word is not good enough, and I personally consider your claim to an Affidavit to be a bluff. I am certain I can nail you for perjury if you did. I have legal experience and the connections to do things like subpeona Telstra for your access records via the IP's you have used here (and a couple of other things). Note that the NLT rules on Wikipedia do not apply here - I checked.

Anything else you have said can be drawn back to the above points. You have been a brat, and you have no case. The admins on the Commons will be happy to keep blocking you for long periods and revert on sight your troublemaking efforts. The images are protected now as are the deletion requests.   •  Keep Quakewoody seems to have misplaced my account data, since I have not received my payment yet. Jokes and the IP's weird obsession with deleting everything Tony Ricca-related aside, I think this item is notable for two reasons:
    • Per criterium 1. It's not a category item and has a sitelink to Commons.
    • Not an official criterium, but I believe it should be: It is used in an infobox on Commons.
