Done save for one which I've split off into a separate request for now. A few things you could do to speed things up and make things slightly easier: 1) Use the {{Rfd links}} template, just as the rest of the requests on this page do, so that the link to delete the items is quickly visible to administrators. 2) If a number of items are created by the same accounts or are edited by related entities, then specifically grouping them would help in case Special:Nuke becomes useful. 3) The spam accounts creating/editing these items should be reported as a group (perhaps with reference to this deletion request) to the Administrators' noticeboard so that administrators can directly check them out.
