- The commons category IS empty. We don't use a crystal ball, we don't know that it will be filled in the future.
- As, as far as the identifiers go - the only one that matters is ISNI. And they don't matter anymore. Especially when it is only linked to Musicbrainz and Quansic. Musicbrainz is a wiki. It is just 1 step above FANDOM, simply because they use authored data, which makes makes it look presentable. They have 0 notability requirements (they require something exists, and don't even require you prove it exists), and they have even less oversight for vandalism. Quanisc sells ISNI for $10. Yes, there are a few requirements you have to meet to qualify, but those can easily be met by any vandal. Do you think $10 and a wiki makes someone notable? Sign me up. How many times do we need to go through the deletion requests for this autobiographical spam? We have a good history of it here. I can show single this person's attempts for approaching ten years. He has claimed that he has been notable since the age of about 17. Created their own personality in all so many xwiki databases where you can create a persona. That WD allows this to propagate again and again, and falls back to {{On hold}} "it is linked" just means your processes need to be updated to deal with this brute force spam. — billinghurst sDrewth 09:11, 29 October 2020 (UTC)

I believe this meets Wikidata notability criteria 2 and 3 (it's a serial described in WorldCat and in the ISSN portal, held by more than 100 libraries, and will be useful in Wikicite and related projects when papers that cite articles in this journal, which exist, are entered into Wikidata). I've added a P5396 assertion, a property accepted as suggesting notability, to underline this now that I've been alerted to its potential deletion, but as I don't always create these the instant a serial from our knowledge base is entered, are there other ways or existing serial properties that can be used to keep these from getting prematurely deleted when librarians add these? The source for that article, GeoNames ID (P1566), is not reliable unless there's a source for the data there; in this case there is, GNS Unique Feature ID (P2326), which should be reliable (although it occasionally has names that are incorrect or it's unclear what they refer to).
