- Under the rules, we have to keep. But I think it is time we change the rules as the others have changed theirs. For example, ISNI/VIAF have stated that they want to expand their identification to include YouTube accounts (one of the reasons they need to change their numbering scheme). Do we seriously want anyone with a YT account to have a Wikidata? For $10, Quorba (I hope I spelled that correctly) will get musicians an ISNI. Do we think a bought ISNI should be the same as earned ISNI?
- And the sad part is - I know I am simply talking to myself here. Because I have questioned numerous times (on WP) how a musician can be notable before they have released their first album. And the answer is always the same "look at the press they are getting", and my response has always been the same to them "If you can't tell the difference between a paid advertisement and actual press, the entire system is broken." - Comment As explained in many of the items in deletion, some data is taken over by other authorities from Wikidata. The fact that a reference appears on VIAF is no longer a serious guarantee of notoriety. The repetition of vandalism leads to the creation of an authority identifier, qualified until now as "notable". Therefore, "the existence of something" is not a reason to be on WD (in the real sense of WD:N's § 2). The functioning of other sites must not have an impact on WM, it is a deceptive argument. The purpose of WM is to promote the growth and development of free knowledge.

- The more I look at it, the more it seems that this item was created along several other items by different users (sock-puppet, I suspect) to make it eligible per criteria #3: it is linked to Stresses and Strain of a Soft Artificial Silicone Heart (Q95684694), a scientific article that doesn't seems to meet notablity criterian, an item created by JackK19. This user also created College Historical Society (Q90585561), which is a duplicate of College Historical Society (Q5146439), to which Yann Blake (Q93431302) is linked. Yann Blake is also linked to Festival International de Programmes Audiovisuels (FIPADOC) (Q3070651), but the reference cited doesn't mention him as a board member but as a jury member.
- This item contains multiple occurences of stated in (P248) + items created by Trib2021. It looks like they were created to be used as references on Yann Blake (Q93431302).
