Task/s: Generate new items as instances of the 5 different EPA Ecoregion classification levels: Q52111282

Function details: I have built out content for the full classification of EPA ecoregions for North America and the contiguous US. This will finish work started by User:TimK_MSI, following the same basic pattern but enhancing the items with additional links to other existing Wikidata items.
