Task/s: Replace misspelled Esperanto word "Norveĝio" Norway (Q20) with the correct spelling "Norvegio". Request

Function details:

1. Query the SPARQL endpoint for items where country (P17) is Norway (Q20) and the description contains the word "Norveĝio" in Esperanto.
2. For each item: Replace the misspelled word in the description.
3. For each item: Edit the item referenced by id and baserevid. Summary will be "Fix spelling of 'Norvegio' in eo language descriptions."
