Task/s: Adding links from arwiki.

Code: based on pywikibot.

Function details: This bot will add links to wikidata from Arabic wiki. It scans Arabic wiki for any interwikis and will add arwiki link in Wikidata if there is no link to it. --Mr. Ibrahem (talk) 19:02, 11 February 2017 (UTC)
