Function details: the Bot will create new item for page in cebwiki, it's work for specific list made by me. The bot will create the item and will add:
- link to cebwiki.
- Label in ceb.
- Claims :instance of (P31), country (P17), located in the administrative territorial entity (P131), elevation above sea level (P2044), GeoNames ID (P1566).
