Task/s: generate a database report with statistics of deletions
Function details: in Wikidata:Database reports/Deletions, it will put:
- a table for administrators, with (for each sysop)
- number of deletions made
- out of which nominated with RD
- average minutes/seconds per deletion (after being nominated with RD)
- average deletions per day (from being a sysop)
- out of which nominated with RD
- number of deletions made
- a table for normal users, with (for each user)
- number of pages nominated for deletion using RD
- average per day
- number of pages nominated for deletion using RD
- general statistics (average)
- deletion requests per day
- deletions per day
- time per RfD (with RD) before being done
