Task/s: Add P107 (P107) = person (Q215627) to every pages that have sex or gender (P21).
Function details: Get list of person items that have sex or gender (P21) and doesn't have P107 (P107) from database reports and for each items add P107 (P107) = person (Q215627) if there is no GND type yet. See some test edits. Tpt (talk) 09:50, 29 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- How does your bot make sure that P21 doesn't describe a fictional character? Vogone talk 21:27, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I believe (but I may have wrong) that we use P107 (P107) = person (Q215627) also for fictional characters. Tpt (talk) 15:37, 28 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- At least Wikidata useful uses P107 (P107) = work (Q386724) and instance of (P31) = fictional character (Q95074). So I assume this is the preferred choice. Vogone talk 18:28, 28 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Note P107 (P107) is planned to be deleted once all existing uses are removed. Therefore this task should be declined. I'll leave it open for now instead of declining. John F. Lewis (talk) 18:34, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- If that is the case, then the function of this task is no longer valid, hence invalidating the request itself, unless the operator has an alternative implementation. If not, I believe we should close this. (I'm going to notify the operator.) Hazard-SJ ✈ 03:38, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
