Concerns pertaining to the event

Glad to hear of this event. I am promoting this contest from Kwara State, Nigeria. My concern is that are we limited to adding only co ordinate locations for this event? Or adding any item that is not "Co-ordinate location" to Articles that have co-ordinate location also counts. Best Regards.

Photos of many countries are identical. I am fairly certain that the Tour Effel has one home, in Paris. And does not live in multiple countries as depicted.😉 There's a colorful train that seems to get around the world quite unrealistically too. So many of the same photographs appear in Nigeria, Austria, Australia, Canada... you get the idea. I can't seem to find any reason for all that.(which obviously drives me crazy lol. I don't, almost never, write in except to admire a really cute puppy on FB lol). Just that after looking at several,there seemed no point in looking at more of the same under supposed different countries around the world. (I did anyway out of curiosity and it was all the same.) Kinda disappointing... quite, really. I was excited to see photos from all the countries listed. I know your platform and terms of use n all don't promise accuracy. Understandably. But surely someone must at least look it over to avoid big glaring messes? First time I've seen any inconsistency btw. Not trying to be mean or picky - just very surprised, and I love all the Wikimedia-pedia etc. Refer to them daily in my reading and research and truly the vast majority is quite reliable, altho there is the warning that people may change things or just post some fantasy of theirs lol.I DO watch for that and sometimes, but not often, look for backup of facts elsewhere just to be sure. Just wanted to get that off my chest lol, and maybe prompt a review? Accuracy is not guaranteed, but having the same photos depicting vastly different parts of the world seems like maybe a bit out there in inaccuracies. With much respect and gratitude for sure, and appreciation of the vast information you provide, with all the work that goes into doing that for us... Thank you! (I should have opened with that !!! Adding Morocco

@Ideophagous: It is too late for this year's edition I am afraid. But thank you for the hint! We have to see how the contest turns out in regard of participation and results for Wikidata, but we have planned to do it again and will keep Morocco on the list of potential participating countries. --Manfred Werner (WMAT) (talk) 20:21, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

Concerning the result

Hello,concerning the result which was said to be release and I quote "During the competition period, an interim result of all participants will be evaluated and published here every week" but since the first week no result has been published just making enquires to be sure we can still keep editing.
