Find local news outlets in Kansas City?[edit]

How can I find the local news outlets in the w:Kansas City metropolitan area? This breaks down into two questions? 1. What property to use to find "local news" outlets? 2. How to identify if the entity is in the w:Kansas City metropolitan area?

EXAMPLES: I know I want the following organizations: The Kansas City Star (Q3521457) The Call (Q7720998) Hispanic News (Q56236749) KCUR-FM (Q6327444) Flatland, Kansas City (Q109171307) KCPT (Q6327236) Shawnee Mission Post (Q108973451) The Kansas City Defender (Q115417320) The Beacon (Q104880644) WDAF-TV (Q7948262) Startland News (Q109186582)
