remove "social media followers"?[edit]

an abstract group of people maybe shouldn't be linked to any specific twitter account? Binarycat64 (talk) 17:51, 8 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Binarycat64 good question. If this is official LGBT group in Twitter (one of the major social network), I guess it is acceptable. Estopedist1 (talk) 06:49, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Estopedist1 What do you mean ’official’? everyone's favorite Blua lago(let's have a chat y'all) 18:34, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Blua lago good notice! Actutally not sure. If I see e.g. LGBT groups in Facebook, I can see "Born LGBT: Official Fan Group". Not sure what the "official" means for this Facebook group. Facebook has several competing LGBT groups, if Twitter has also several, then we probably should delete "social media followers" to stay neutral in Wikidata Estopedist1 (talk) 18:55, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I mean, it is run by an Irish guy called Ray Monaghan – I don’t see anything that would make it ‘official’. How would an abbreviation or an umbrella term even have an ‘official account’? Who is entitled to make statements on behalf of all LGBT-people? everyone's favorite Blua lago(let's have a chat y'all) 19:04, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
