Motivation

Comment @John Cummings: for this to work, you would need an item for the dataset, is that what you plan? For example, with the example you have given, this would be a statement on an item for "List of Arduino electronics boards", or whatever the original dataset was? - Ok, I've updated the proposal to make the example indicate this intention. Also you had not indicated a valid datatype; I'm assuming as for similar wiki links we just want a URL, so I've adjusted it for that datatype. Question if you make a subpage and an item for each, why not use sitelinks?
