Statements
On August 9, 1951 in Dęblin, he was arrested by the communist Military Information. He was tortured during an eight-month investigation. On May 13, 1952, he was sentenced to death by the Supreme Military Court of the communist regime. He was executed on August 7, 1952 in the Mokotów prison. The Supreme Military Court declared him innocent on April 26, 1956 and quashed the 1952 sentence. The exact place of his burial remained unknown for a long time. His symbolic grave is located at the Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw.
