Number of refugees via Wikidata for the Wikipedia language versions?

- I like the idea proposed by @Ainali on Facebook - "I would like us to get into the habit of storing the latest data point on Wikidata and all older ones in the Data namespace on Wikimedia Commons." The best way to go would be to start a commons data file on "refugees by time". If this data file proves insufficient and you need some information in Wikidata, let's then find a way to update the information in Wikidata using the latest data point in the commons file.
