P131 statement

[edit]

@Infovarius Sevastopol ist neither a part of the Russian en:Republic of Crimea nor of the Ukrainian en:Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In both states, it is a separate entity. However, since the statement is clearly incorrect, it might be better to completely remove it instead of selecting a deprecated rank. D3rT!m (talk) 21:51, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I can't find info... so what is upper level for this division? A country? --Infovarius (talk) 13:36, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, Sevastopol ist a first-level administrative division of Ukraine (see en:City with special status) and a federal subject of Russia (see en:Federal subjects of Russia). But this whole item is a mess. It seems to be a mix of an Ukrainian administrative division (that does not exist in the Russian administrative structure) and the Ukrainian city legislature (we have another item for the Russian city legislature). Also, we already have these P131 statements in d:Q7525. I'm not sure what's the best way to fix this mess. D3rT!m (talk) 14:30, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
