@Trần Nguyễn Minh Huy: hello. Why did you remove country (P17) for Vietnam (Q881) and Taiwan (Q865) and meanwhile keep People's Republic of China (Q148). This item is now semi-protected so it would be nice not to make polemic edit during this time. The version that I semi-protected appears more consensual. Pamputt (talk) 06:43, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

Paracel Islands (Q274388) which listing all the countries who having territorial claim for this entry. I am trying to put statement disputed by (P1310) of
Paracel Islands (Q274388) as a value of country (P17) of
Paracel Islands (Q274388), same as statement disputed by (P1310) of

- @Trần Nguyễn Minh Huy: setting People's Republic of China (Q148) for country (P17) is still not neutral. There should at least be a reference for this statement. And even with a reference, I think we should also add Vietnam (Q881) and Taiwan (Q865) with references as well. Or maybe the best is to remove the country (P17) property. - @Pamputt: China currently is the only country have totally administration with all the islands for almost half-century, this case unlike Spratly Islands (Q215664) which various country occupied some islands (even then, the country (P17) of
Spratly Islands (Q215664) setted as "unknown"). Personally, I don't have problem about your suggestion if Wikidata already have same precedent about these kind of disputed islands entry, but in my thinking, with the fact that no any country beside China currently ruling the islands, it should be put China is the only one country with more reference. --minhhuy (talk) 16:23, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

- Looking at similar case : Europa Island (Q193089), I think the solution used on this item should be applied here, i.e. add the information about the three countries saying it is contested by the others. I will do it. Pamputt (talk) 17:10, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
