It's not a great structuration. I would recommend to put these cities under the country on which they depend. An israeli settlement would have "Israel" as a country. A palestinian city would have "State of Palestine" as a country. Or we could change West bank as a country but I'm not sure that it would make sense. If people agree, please help in changing the tag country for some of the entities above.
