GeneaBot is a bot that adds some genealogical and nobilitary claims on items. It runs with a list of requests that are :

• ReferenceSet : this request is mandatory and is set to define the sources that will be added with all claims added.

  syntax : {{/ReferenceSet|affirmed by= |tome= |page= |url= |retrieved= }}

• PersonUpdate : adds to an item of a person several properties : instance of (P31), sex or gender (P21), occupation (P106), given name (P735), family (P53), date of birth (P569), date of death (P570), place of birth (P19), place of death (P20), father (P22), mother (P25), spouse (P26) ; properties child (P40), P7 (P7), P9 (P9) are deduced and also updated.

  syntax : {{/PersonUpdate|item= |sex= |occupation= |given name= |noble family= |date of birth= |date of death= |place of birth= |place of death= |father= |mother= |spouse=}}

• TitleSet : adds properties (instance of (P31), subclass of (P279), part of (P361), said to be the same as (P460)) to a item of title and defines a noble title (P97) to add to persons select by TitleAdd.

  syntax : {{/TitleSet|title= |domain= |subclass of= |list= |first= |last= |succession=}}

• TitleAdd : add property noble title (P97) (defined by TitleSet) and qualifiers : start time (P580), end time (P582), follows (P155), followed by (P156).

  syntax : {{/TitleAdd|person= |date of begin= |date of end= }}

• FunctionSet : adds properties (sex or gender (P21), said to be the same as (P460)) to a item of function and defines a position held (P39) to add to persons select by FunctionAdd.

  syntax : {{/FunctionSet|function= |instance of= |jurisdiction= |inception= |first= |last= }}

• FunctionAdd : add property position held (P39) (defined by FunctionSet) and qualifiers : start time (P580), end time (P582), replaces (P1365), replaced by (P1366).

  syntax : {{/FunctionAdd|person= |date of begin= |date of end= }}

These requests are template. All list of request must begin by {{/Begin}} and ends by {{/End}}.

{{/PersonBegin}} can be put before several {{/PersonUpdate}} .

After adding a new request, check that parameters are correct.
