Groetjes - Romaine (talk) 21:59, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- Hey Romaine, thanks for informing me of this! I did indeed add qualifiers for gemeente, provincie en gewest to a few places while eliminating places with instance of (P31) geographic location (Q2221906). You're right that since they are subsets of each other, they fall under those other structures, and so it is redundant information. I'll go through my contributions and revert them where necessary. To answer your second point, are you saying that the location of dorpen and deelgemeenten should be tagged with location (P276) and the item number of the gemeente they're located in, instead of using located in the administrative territorial entity (P131)? I might be misunderstanding this point, so feel free to clarify. CalvinBall (talk) 10:09, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
Merging items[edit]
Hallo CalvinBall,
When you (want to) merge items, you may want to use the merge.js gadget from help page about merging. It helps with merging, gives the option to always keep the lower number (which is older, so preferable in most cases) and removes the need to file a request on Wikidata:Requests for deletions.

- Hiya! Thanks for the tip, I'll take a look at the gadget for sure. CalvinBall (talk) 10:21, 13 December 2018 (UTC)
