Q26072[edit]

Schau dir das mal an. Hier ist Bezeichnung und Beschreibung fast das selbe. Nur "Olympische Sommerspiele 2008" als Bezeichnung scheint mir schlecht zu sein, da so die Suche Probleme macht. Wiederherstellung zweier Items[edit]

Hi CennoxX,
du hast heute zwei Items gelöscht. Diese waren zwar wie angegeben ohne Interwiki-Links, aber jemand (ich weiß nicht wer) hatte diese Items als Wert für das Property "Tätigkeit" angelegt. Mittlerweile wurde das Item (für Schauspieler) auch schon von einem holländischem Bot in tausende andere Personen-Items eingetragen: Special:WhatLinksHere/Q10798782
Es handelt sich die beiden folgenden Items:

Ich weiß, dass "eigentlich" (wobei es gar nicht strickt definiert wurde) keine leeren Items existieren sollen, ich weiß allerdings auch nicht, wie man das bei bestimmten Problemen allgemein in Zukunft halten soll. (Ich musste auch schon öfters "leere" Items angelegen, z.B. um die Lizenzen(-Versionen) für Software eintragen zu können. Einzelne Artikel für jede Version gab es nämlich nicht.)

Botflag and Wikidata_useful[edit]

Thanks for your edit to my bot-account's script. I hoped that it would work now, but it still doesn't. BTW, yesterday I had a look at User:CennoBot hoping it be ready. ;)

Beschreibungen?[edit]

Ist es sinnvoll, dass CenoBot Beschreibungen von Menschen überschreibt? Im Eintrag für Steven Pinker hat der Bot aus "Psychologe, Sprachforscher, Autor" "kanadischer Psychologe, Professor für Psychologie an der Harvard University" gemacht. In diesem Fall erkennt man noch, dass es sich um die gleiche Person handelt. Generell finde ich aber, dass der Bot mit so einem Verhalten sicher viele sehr passende Beschreibungen verschlechtert. Dass ein Professor für Psychologie ein Psychologe ist, ist schon ein wenig redundant. --Tobias1984 (talk) 20:55, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removing of statements with deleted values[edit]

Hi, I am going through my list of deleted items used in statements and I have found several cases where you have removed the concerned statement, but the correct action would have been to update the value because the item was deleted after merging with another item. @Kopiersperre: Der Bot überschreibt keine Titel, zu dem Zeitpunkt gab es noch keinen deutschen Artikel. Open Refine[edit]

Hi Cennox, ich habe gesehen, dass du derzeit einige Beiträge mit Open Refine machst, z.B. [2]. Ich finde den Ansatz sehr vielversprechend, habe aber noch das Problem, dass mir ein richtiger Anwendungsfall fehlt. Die IMDb ist natürlich aufgrund der hohen ID-Verfügbarkeit in Wikidata eine gute Datenquelle, allerdings war ich bislang immer davon ausgegangen, dass die IMDb keine API hat?! Wie ist es dir denn gelungen, die Informationen aus der IMDb zu bekommen? Queryzo (talk) 20:08, 9 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Queryzo: Ja, Open Refine hat eine steile Lernkurve, wenn man die Konzepte davon aber verstanden hat, ermöglicht es, Daten 'kreativ' zu bearbeiten. Die Wege sind dabei nicht unbedingt kurz, aber man kann viele Daten auf einmal bearbeiten und gut überprüfen. Im obigen Fall habe ich Daten aus Wikidata genommen, von hier. Weil da die Q-IDs der Items dabei sind, war ein Abgleich nach ein bisschen umformatieren einfach möglich. Die fehlende Info, instance of (P31), steht ja schon im Titel von IMDb. Dafür habe ich eine API genutzt, die meta-Informationen von Webseiten bereitstellt (Bsp: https://api.urlmeta.org/?url=https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5212822/). Um diese Info für alle IMDb-IDs zu laden habe ich über "Spalte bearbeiten" > "Hinzufügen von Spalten durch Aufrufen von URLs..." im Textfeld "'https://api.urlmeta.org/?url=https://www.imdb.com/title/'+value+'/'" eingegeben, die Verzögerung auf 50 ms gestellt, gewartet, und dann hat man das Ergebnis für jede ID. Durch Weiterbearbeiten ("value.parseJson().meta.title") kommt man dann auf den Titel der Website. Wo steht, dass es sich um eine Fernsehserie handelt. Mit der API sieht man zB auch wenn weitergeleitet wird. Mit "Hinzufügen von Spalten durch Aufrufen von URLs..." kann man auch Wikidata (oder Wikipedia) durchsuchen (zB https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=query&format=json&list=search&srsearch=haswbstatement:P345=tt5212822) oder es können auch ganze Websites heruntergeladen werden, das ist aber natürlich ein bisschen aufwendiger, da dann die passende Info rauszuladen. Ich bin begeistert, durch den API-Zugriff – für mich bislang eine verborgene Welt – kommt man wirklich zu tollen Ergebnissen.
