Stad vs gemeente

Hallo. De stad Delft en de gemeente Delft zijn natuurlijk nauw verwant, maar niet hetzelfde. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld delen van de gemeente die buiten de stad liggen. Op Wikidata wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen zulke kleine verschillen (zie ook The Hague (Q36600) vs The Hague (Q41795540), of Rotterdam (Q2680952) vs Rotterdam (Q34370)). De Cebuano-talige Wikipedia heeft zelfs aparte artikelen voor de stad en voor de gemeente (en omdat Wikidata een item moet hebben voor elk Wikipedia-artikel, moeten er dus ook aparte items zijn voor de gemeente/stad). ―Jochem van Hees (talk) 21:14, 16 September 2022 (UTC)
