    • Fixed some translation issues in the embeded part of the Query Service (phab:T188990)

    • Optimizing a heavily used database table (wb_terms) (phab:T188279)
    • Polishing a lot of things for lexicographical data first deployment

Roadtable conversions

Hey! Just a few quick notes about converting the roadtables:

  1. It's |lang=, not |langs=.
  2. Make sure you add the country codes at the top using |country=. That sets the shortcut.
  3. Try to set that country's primary language(s) as the translation priority when marking them.

    • Translate the grammatical feature properly on Lexemes (phab:T189143)
    • Investigate and fix a bug on Lexemes when undoing an edit (phab:T187215)

Dear administrator,

Mr Javier Gomá (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q6165536) was hired by the Juan March Foundation in 1996. In 2003, he was named executive director. How can I express it in Wikidata? I am not able to put 2 years.

I will be mostly inactive for the next few months to take care of pressing matters. I do not have an exact date for returning to full activity, but I hope to be back around June or July. I will note that this was pre-planned (I usually take an extended break every 4 years). I realize that this is a particularly vulnerable time for this project, notably due to the recent enwiki discussions and the need to make important policy decisions about both verifiability/reliability and what is acceptable/collegial conduct here. However, I feel that the other matters I have are more pressing and need to be addressed and not postponed. --Rschen7754 21:25, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
