It seems that opinions on Wikidata are slightly different than on Wikipedia (in terms of deletion) but I just want to give you heads up that this topic could be closed or archived, whatever you decide based on the votes here.   - @Hiàn: Hi Hiàn, I did and section 2 clearly states that notability is established when the entity "refers to an instance of a clearly identifiable conceptual or material entity. The entity must be notable, in the sense that it can be described using serious and publicly available references." What strikes me the most is "serious" and "publicly available references" which are in my opinion very vague requirements. And majority of contributors on Wikidata are trying somehow to entangled Wikipedia with Wikidata requirements. In short , yes I did read, but that's an irrelevant questions. I think that Dapp Life entity "can be described using serious and publicly available references" and references are provided. However, I believe this is not a logical discussion anymore as you've already made up your mind ignoring the notability guidelines. There's nothing on the item nor were there much substantial references of this type in the now-deleted article. I am completely open to changing my mind with most cases - however this type of spam is something I do not tolerate and when people abuse the projects to promote their clearly out of scope or non-notable subject I have little intention to continue assuming good faith.       - @Hiàn: Thank you for your time and following this up. So, I would presume that you are taking the info from Wikipedia but not Wikidata (your reference to "deleted article" ?) Just few notes from what was/is referenced, to back up this entity - university faculty news of IU Robert H. McKinney , Google News (which by the way, ironically, is part of Wikipedia cite sources) and Google Finance, not sure if you did your research but there are only limited amount of publications in Google News, even smaller number of those are in Google Finance and fraction of those are trusted enough by highly reputable universities in US to quote them on their faculty news. So where exactly do you see spam? I believe yours and mine understanding of spam is completely different and perhaps you prefer to genralize thnigs without putting any thought behind it.
