- As it was a YouTube video in the past, that doesn't become untrue after it vanishes, so definitely yes. But in this particular case, the video actually still exists, and the video page is even publicly visible. There's just a global geoblock, i.e. presumably only the uploader can actually view it at this time (but could change it at any time in the future). Regarding your suggestion, offline (Q65016715) is currently synonymous with offline/offline-only. It seems intended rather for content that is only available physically at a library or similar, as is for example common with theses at universities or countless government documents; the original discussion for the property seems to confirm that, although it has been used for website entries before. Does not seem to exist. I found it because its incorrect coordinates put it in the ocean off the coast of Antarctica. Searching reveals that the given address is impossible. Using Google Street View along the street given finds a building materials store with some naming similarity, but no such hospital. Regular Google searching shows the barest mention of a clinic by the name. A real hospital would have more results. Likely it was doctor's office that went out of business years ago.
