Subpages of Wikidata:List of properties that were formerly updated by bot

As the (new-ish) maintainer of DeltaBot/PLbot, I have removed the inferior bot-maintained static property lists from Wikidata:List of properties. Instead, the tools advertised on that page should be used. The bot was highly inefficient in operation and its output barely useful for anyone, thus I have shut this job down. The amount of properties has long outgrown the concept of static property lists onwiki maintained by a bot.

On Special:PrefixIndex/Wikidata:List_of_properties/, plenty of subpages are listed that are now quickly becoming outdated so that users can move on from it. I hereby propose to delete those subpages that contain lists generated by PLbot/DeltaBot, but I would like to see whether there are objections.

If there is consensus not to keep these old lists, I offer to delete them by myself, in order not to occupy other admins too much with this tedious task. By far not all of the ~400 subpages are bot-generated lists, thus they need to be looked at individually. —MisterSynergy (talk) 09:09, 10 October 2023 (UTC)

This item conflicts with Q14708404 and has some suggested inaccuracies. The Cherokee Nation as it stands today and is represented by its government has been in existence since the signing of the constitution of 1839. The signing of this constitution and formation of a new government followed the removal of the Cherokee people (and many other Tribal Nations) from original homelands in the southeast U.S. The Cherokee people existed as a civil society with governments that treated with the English and the U.S. well before 1839, but the current Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma cites its founding to the 1839 constitution. This item seems to have originated from a Wikipedia article that also needs attention. The dates lead to a suggestion that the Cherokee Nation ceased to exist in 1907 when Oklahoma became a U.S. state. This is completely inaccurate. Though the U.S. Indian policies over that time period and into the 1970s were heinous, racist, and debilitating to Tribal governance, the status of the Cherokee Nation as a sovereign nation state never changed. Delete TNN was an cable channel with plenty of media coverage that existed as a rebrand of The Nashville Network (Q7753111) before being replaced by Spike TV (Q249674). From the date ranges in the description, this item appears to be a conflation of TNN/TNN TV and Spike TV -- probably because of page moves on various wikis.
