In particular, we ambition to be the hub for all media art metadata.

Variant art work records[edit]
When a media artwork is in multiple collections, or mulitple versions in a collection exist, we should distinguish variants as described in Rhizome. According to WikiProject Digital and Performative Arts - Provenancial Data there is no exact matching property for 'variant of'.

Note that some properties link a physical to an abstract concept, while other properties interlink physical items.
