New Property Template Problem[edit]
The template displays a warning about a missing translation ("Bitte übersetze das auf Deutsch.") even though the translation is given. This happens for all suggestions, not just mine. Wiljes (talk) 17:11, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
"Infobox militant organization"[edit]
I was wondering how "Infobox militant organization" would be included as a subclass in the organization properties. See example from Wikipedia i stumbled upon below. I would like your input which of these seem to make sense before making an actual proposal via the form. What do you think about "ideology" and "motives" for (militant) groups specifically? Mutante (talk) 22:30, 26 October 2013 (UTC)

- Most of these should be given their own property or use an existing property. Make proposals where you don't think there is a good existing one. Joshbaumgartner (talk) 04:22, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
- As for motives and ideology, I would think a property for ideology would work fine. If a source states that org X has Y ideology, then it is valid to have a statement X > ideology > Y, just make sure to source the statement well. Joshbaumgartner (talk) 04:24, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
Hairy topic: University rankings[edit]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:University_and_college_rankings_templates
2 examples for 2 countries. The list goes on an on, with some ranking common to all countries. The smart approach would be to have a generic property with qualifiers. Any idea on how to do that ? --Teolemon (talk) 14:18, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
- You probably just need a generic ranking property and then you can use either a qualifier or probably better would be to use a source to indicate the difference in the sources. --Izno (talk) 15:26, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
