Motivation[edit]
In 2012, the Russian Military Historical Society launched the История.РФ portal. The site is dedicated to the history of Russia and is the largest portal of its kind, focusing on the mass reader - from a simple student to professional historians. - Comment: Если смотреть статью о Борисе Ельцине, то авторы постарались приводить биографию и его политическую деятельность к нейтральной точке зрения - например по реформам 1990-х годов указано два мнения - они привели к существенному снижению уровня жизни населения, с другой они же принесли ощутимый результат в 2000-е годы.
