- @Trade I don't understand where does the conclusion "the sole reason why the picture exists on Commons is that it is used at Wikidata" comes from. As of now, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Gyaanipedia.png is used at 6 different pages (including the Wikidata item we're debating). Plus, even if it would be unused, it could stil stay at Commons (as long as it is within their c:COM:SCOPE) – AFAIK, Commons doesn't require files to be used anywhere.
- In case there's a slight misunderstanding, I don't say that "because Commons has a picture, we need to keep an item" (that would be absurd). I'm saying that "because the image's structured data reference this item, we should keep it". Commons does not have its own database of items/properties to build its structured data; rather, it relies on Wikidata's own database for that purpose. I think the fact the image has a statement "this is a logo of Q103839062" (which would not be possible to make otherwise) indeed demonstrates a structural need.
