Umlauts breaks the url formatting

I have modified the property to not allow umlauts as a single statement with umlauts breaks the formatting of all URLs. The search still works with O instead of Ö so the nuisance is limited for users. I will report the issue and post a link to the ticket here. Edit: Ticket here.
