Items involved: Q839647Talk, Q2836829Talk Status:    resolved

The existing links at Q839647 are clearly about magnetic-core memory, so I've added a label and the English link and moved the German one from Q2836829. This leaves item Q2836829 empty. (How are items recycled?) —Naddy (talk) 16:17, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

Louis (Disambig) vs. Louis (name)

Items involved: Q30281Talk, Q2897866Talk Status:    resolved

not really an conflict more a total mess I dont know what this item should be about. Maybe this should be about the disambiguation page Louis.

I chagend the first Item to be about "Louis Disambiguation" and created a new Item for Louis as a name Q2897866. --Sk!d (talk) 15:55, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Other subjects on svwiki
  • sv:Sigtuna stad (City-municipality ~1000-1971)
Only about the historical city-municipality civil administration. Ok, somewhat confusing. I added the item. Mange01 (talk) 15:08, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
  • sv:Sigtuna församling (parish)
Only about church parish issues. Same area as the historical city municipality. It was incorrectly linked to nn:Sigtune. I created the item. Mange01 (talk) 15:08, 23 January 2013 (UTC)

Relapse vs Relapse

Items involved: Q438077Talk, Q2142478Talk Status:    resolved

both items are "Relapse" and disambiguation pages. De-wiki has two different links. --Stryn (talk) 09:09, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

When sorting disambiguation items, articles that have the same word (in the sense of sequence of letters) should be grouped with priority. Disambiguations are about ambigous words, therefore translations don't really work. en:queue = de:Schlange = en:snake. -- Make (talk) 05:28, 11 January 2013 (UTC)

Selenide

Apple

Items involved: Q89Talk Status:    resolved

I'm not sure if this is the right place to bring this up, but the English page linked to this item was en:Apple and the Finnish fi:Tarhaomenapuu. The English page is about the fruit, which is what the Wikidata item seems to be supposed to be about, but meanwhile the Finnish page is about the tree. The fruit has no article of its own on the Finnish Wikipedia nor the tree on the English one. Enoirditalk 17:19, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

Yes, it's weird that we don't have article about apple in Finnish Wikipedia. But I found tree and I added the Finnish link there. So this is resolved now, I think. --Stryn (talk) 17:24, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

Q34583 (finger = digit on the upper extremity)/Q620207 (digit)

Items involved: Q34583Talk, Q620207Talk Status:    resolved

A lot of interwiki links in Q34583 shold be in Q620207 instead, because they refer to digits (i.e. both fingers and toes), not fingers. Examples: dito, dedo etc. --Sspeik (talk) 12:35, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

Moved a few. FallingGravity (talk) 05:56, 26 May 2013 (UTC)
This was discussed a long time ago on meta:Interwiki synchronization/Finger vs. Digit (anatomy), where at least some of the languages were sorted out. --Wikijens (talk) 20:02, 26 May 2013 (UTC)

Just had a quick look at the above link, and it looks like everything is in its place, I suggests this can be closed. Q.Zanden questions? 15:27, 13 December 2018 (UTC)

Sindal (town) vs Sindal (municipality)

Items involved: Q3177752Talk, Q1552182Talk Status:    resolved

"Sindal" refers to either the former municipality (merged with other municipalities in 2006 to become Hjørring Municipality) or the town that was formed when the status of municipality was removed from Sindal. Some wikis have the two in the same article, while some have separated them into two articles. --Wylve (talk) 16:19, 16 January 2013 (UTC)

I say three items one for the town, one for the municipality and one for the two in same article. Carsrac (talk) 02:57, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
User:Akkakk/iw/include#Q3177752 --Akkakk (talk) 17:14, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
created the third one, but linking to (static) redirects seems to be technically impossible at the moment. tried to add en:Sindal (town) and en:Sindal (municipality) to the items. --Akkakk (talk) 17:53, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
The third one has been redirected to the municipality in may 2015, so we are left with two items. And there is the item about the parish in Sindal (Q2148742). Q.Zanden questions? 13:15, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
As far as I can read the languages, enwp, dewp and dawp are correct. The nlwp describes both in one article. Anyone who can take care of the other languages? Q.Zanden questions? 15:51, 25 February 2018 (UTC)

Done. Finally corrected the last one. Q.Zanden questions? 14:24, 7 May 2019 (UTC)
